Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Report Orders

For the Rs 99 Detailed Numerology Analysis and other digital reports, cancellation is allowed only before report preparation or delivery has started.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment for the same report request.
• Payment deducted but order not received due to technical failure.
• Service not deliverable by us after payment confirmation.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Report already generated or delivered by email/WhatsApp.
• Incorrect birth details submitted by the customer.
• Change of mind after digital delivery.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days and may take additional time depending on the bank or payment provider.

To request cancellation or refund, contact us with your name, payment reference, email, mobile number, and reason for request.
